3. What is the minimum order quantity?

4. Can we have production done using our own formula?
Yes. We can perform contract manufacturing using your own formulation. If you wish, we also offer formulation development and R&D support.

6. How long does the production process take?
The production time varies depending on the complexity of the product, packaging availability, and approval processes, but it is typically between 4 and 6 weeks. Sample production is usually completed within 7 to 10 business days.
7. How many milliliters are the filled bulbs?
Our standard fillings are available for 1 ml, 2 ml, 5 ml, and 10 ml glass ampoules. We can provide solutions for custom volumes upon request.
8. Do you perform sterile production?
Yes. Our production processes are conducted in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. We ensure safe production through sterile environments, HEPA-filtered areas, and our quality control procedures.

We provide post-production packaging, labeling, and, if desired, direct shipping to the end user. We offer support for all logistics solutions. Additionally, we provide storage solutions.
13. What are the payment methods?
You can make production and service payments via bank transfer (TL, USD, or EUR) or credit card. We offer domestic and international payment solutions. We also accept cash and check payments.
14. Can I get a certificate and analysis report for my product?
Of course. Along with documents such as GMP, ISO, and CE, customized microbiological and chemical analysis reports can be prepared for your product upon request. We provide the necessary documents for international marketing and sales.
